The reaction temperature was room temperature, and V [TEOS]: V [ethanol]: V [aqueous ammonia] = 1: 4: 0.15 at different water consumption. The obtained xerogel was heat treated at 1400 ℃ for 4h, to obtain ultrafine silicon dioxide(SiO2) powder, the powders were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM).

After adding different catalysts, the obtained xerogel was heat-treated at 1400 ℃ for 4h, to obtain ultrafine silicon dioxide(SiO2) powder, XRD and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) were used to analyze the crystal morphology and morphology of the powders.

The reaction temperature was room temperature, and V [TEOS]: V [H2O]: V [HNO3]: V [ethanol] = 1: 1: 0.15: 4, respectively. The dried gel was dried at 400 ℃ to obtain ultrafine silicon dioxide(SiO2) powder,, 600 ℃, XRD and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) were used to analyze the crystal morphology and morphology of the powders. The microstructure of the powders was characterized by XRD, SEM.

Preparation of Ultrafine Silicon Dioxide(SiO2) Powder:

(1) take a certain amount of TEOS into a certain volume of anhydrous ethanol, and stirring 2 hours to get solution A;

(2) take a certain volume of distilled water, ethanol and a certain volume of the mixture of catalysts, mixing evenly to get solution B;

(3) Solution B was added to solution A and stirring was continued for 2 hours to obtain a homogeneous solution of TEOS;

(4) the homogeneous solution prepared above is allowed to stand at room temperature to obtain a transparent sol, and aged for a period of time to obtain a gel, and dried in an oven at 110 DEG C to obtain a loose dry gel powder;

(5) The dried gel powder is heated in a high-temperature furnace to a specified temperature, kept for 4 hours and allowed to naturally cool, then the obtained SiO2 powder is ground;

(6) The ultrafine SiO2 powder was obtained by ultrasonic dispersion.
