Nano-silicon dioxide as the carrier, glutaraldehyde, prepared immobilized papain. Best Immobilized Conditions papain and enzymatic properties and kinetic parameters of the immobilized enzyme. Results: The immobilized enzyme optimum temperature 70 ℃, optimum pH of 7.5, up 61.5% recovery of enzyme activity. Conclusion: The immobilized enzyme catalytic activity compared with the free enzyme is not significantly affected.
