Mesoporous materials because of its large specific surface area and adsorption capacity, so in the field of adsorption, separation and catalysis have a wide range of applications. In this paper, the use of cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) as a template, sol-gel synthesis of mesoporous silicon dioxide nanoparticles by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and N2 adsorption characterization methods for the synthesis of mesoporous structure and properties of silica analyzed, discussed different tetramethoxysilane (TMOS), particle size CTAB amount of mesoporous silica nanoparticles, specific surface area and pore size.
