The electronic low binding energy peaks corresponding to the free amino nitrogen atom, electron binding energy peak corresponding to the high hydrogen bond or a protonated amino nitrogen atom. In the APS layer mainly inner amino form hydrogen bonds with the protonated or form of existence, the outer surface layer APS amino mainly in the form of free amino groups present.
